As PARTIQoL was a negative study, what is the current role for proton therapy in the management of prostate cancer patients?

The study showed no benefit in terms of cancer control or toxicity. There was a significant finding of worse sexual function, but this was deemed to be not clinically significant. How should we approach patients interested in discussing proton therapy for their localized prostate cancer?
