Can a patient s/p EBRT for intermediate risk prostate cancer who is clinically and biochemically free of disease safely receive supplemental testosterone therapy?
The serum testosterone is minimally low at 250 and the patient has some fatigue.

There is no firm data on this, so it is difficult to answer, but some people say that if the patient has been disease free for at least 5 years that they can supplement him just to the lower end of normal range for testosterone (T).
