Do you commonly recommend oral minoxidil, dutasteride, or a combination of both for patients with androgenic alopecia?
I prefer dutasteride for its safety and efficacy compared with minoxidil which can interact with different drugs and food.
Also, minoxidil is a hypertensive medication but if we are using a lower dose for alopecia, is this still an issue?

Neither of these medications are approved for AGA, and treatment considerations are different in men vs. women.
