I do not offer minimally invasive surgeries to cervical cancer patients regardless of tumor size based on the RCT data. I do not offer minimally invasive hysterectomy. For patients with Stage 1A1 disease or those who have had excision with negative margins (and Stage 1A1 and possibly some 1A2), I would consider MIS after patient counseling and consideration of risks/benefits.
