I agree completely with Dr Ku and in fact have never administered epirubicin with any platinum/fluoropyrimidine combination despite the level 1 evidence from MAGIC.  Sometimes trials just answer the wrong question... I think it's perfectly acceptable to give a platinum/fluoropyrimidine combina...
