Do you omit APBI for lobular histology?

Based on Mill et al. paper showing increased IBTR rates with ILC vs IDC (Mills et al., PMID 34516030)

If meets the other criteria, we do offer APBI. GEC estro and NSABP randomized trials did include lobular pathology.
