Does a positive lupus anticoagulant alone confer high enough risk that warfarin is preferred over DOACs in antiphospholipid syndrome?  

Patient had prior unprovoked VTE. Not triple positive, and has persistent LAC on repeat testing.

Also, does the degree of lupus anticoagulant positivity impact the risk of recurrent thrombosis and therefore anticoagulant choice?
