Does histology (e.g., lobular vs ductal) impact your decision to offer omission of RT to women with breast cancer who are otherwise candidates?
Does margin width play a role in your decision making? Would no tumor on ink be acceptable? What if there was LCIS in the specimen as well with close margins (<1 mm)?
