Does HIV/AIDS change your management of locally advanced NSCLC?
If you are considering chemotherapy and radiation in the definitive, postoperative, or nodal failure scenarios, would you prefer sequential treatment, rather than concurrent to prevent severe toxicity? Does a low CD4 count (<200) affect your management?
