Does your adjuvant radiation approach differ for ependymomas with RELA fusion?
They are known to have worse prognosis. For an adult with supratentorial G2 ependymomas s/p GTR, radiation is generally not indicated. Does this change with RELA? Any modifications to radiation volume or dose?
