For localized esophageal cancer in patients with preexisting neuropathy, what do you use concurrently with radiation therapy?  

I would probably start with low-dose carboplatin and paclitaxel as done in the CROSS trial, and monitor carefully for worsening neuropathy with weekly assessment.
