It happens and has certainly been described hasn't it. Honestly I think as @Lawrence B. Marks that WBRT patients' somnolence can be "blamed" on other factors and maybe not the XRT per se. What do we do for the newly diagnosed CNS met patient? Start steroids. What do many of us do as the patient...
