How do you contour your elective obturator lymph node volume?

There is variability in how different atlases and references contour this volume: some stop contours after the obturator artery passes lateral to the obturator internus muscle, others stop them inferior to this, while others stop them at the junction of the seminal vesicles and prostate gland.
