How do you manage aromatase inhibitor- associated musculoskeletal syndrome (AIMSS) symptoms in post-menopausal breast cancer patients?
Does switching AIs help? If so, is there a role for switching from a steroidal AI to a non-steroidal AI or vice versa? Are there other adjunctive treatments that should be tried before switching therapies?
