How do you manage patients with early stage breast cancer with autoimmune disorders such as rheumatoid arthritis and collagen vascular disorders?
Do you have any concern for increased toxicity when you treat a patient with radiation therapy who has an autoimmune disorder? (hypofractiationation versus standard fractionation)
