I agree with @Robert Dreicer. Collecting duct is a histology that we equate phenotypically to urothelial. Therefore, my algorithm has been cisplatin/gemcitabine (+/- bev), followed by immunotherapy in the setting of failure. The reference for bevacizumab is as follows: https://www.ncbi.n...
