How would you approach a patient who is unable to undergo the recommended ophthalmologic examinations during treatment with mirvetuximab soravtansine?
For some patients, it may be overburdensome to make an extra trip to an ophthalmologist every other cycle. They may live far away from an ophthalmologist or may be unable to get an appointment on the recommended timeline. Would you modify the examination protocol? At what point would you say they are simply not a candidate for mirvetuximab?
