How would you approach ES-SCLC presenting with small brain metastases that resolve after chemotherapy?
No prior brain radiation. Is full dose whole brain radiation mandated? Would you consider PCI dose or brain surveillance?

Brain mets that resolve with chemo... Follow with surveillance MRI q3 months and treat at progression with SRS preferably or WBRT if necessary. This is not really a PCI question as they have known mets.
