Specifically, after chemo and RT to 36.0 Gy/15 fx with stable to slight progression of disease at 6 months, what (if any) regimen of reirradiation would you consider?

Tough situation. If there was stable/slight progression of disease at 6 months, I would not be inclined to offer reirradiation at that time.
