How would you manage a patient with newly diagnosed synchronous triple positive and metaplastic triple negative breast cancers?
For early stage disease in a single breast, would you consider neoadjuvant chemotherapy or upfront surgical staging followed by adjuvant therapy? What would be your chemotherapy/HR/Her2 agents of choice?

Even though metaplastic triple negative breast cancers are felt to be relatively chemo-resistant, responses are seen in the neoadjuvant setting and we typically recommend standard chemotherapy in these cases as we cannot clearly exclude a benefit as would be seen in other triple negative cases. ...
