How would you manage distal DVT in first trimester of pregnancy?

Cardiolipin was mildly positive and persistent after 12 weeks (29->28 MPL). No other significant provoking factors. The patient started on LMWH.

What duration would you choose for anticoagulation? Are 3 months sufficient, or would you anticoagulate through the entire pregnancy?
Would you consider this meeting the criteria for APLS?
