How would you treat a biopsy proven isolated internal mammary node recurrence one year after a mastectomy and chemotherapy?
Assume the patient had no radiation, what would your volumes be? Would you recommend radiation if the patient had whole breast/chest wall radiation previously? What if they had whole breast/chest wall + comprehensive nodal irradiation?
