How would you treat a patient with small cell ca of the appendix with no evidence of distant mets?
PDL1 is > 50%. There was no perforation or lymph node involvement.

I agree. Small cell or high grade neuroendocrine carcinoma has a high propensity of metastases, adjuvant platinum based chemotherapy to improve survival.
