If you are using a standard 30/10 fractionation, is there a benefit to keeping chemo on board for radio-sensitization?

It is palliation. Minimize morbidity. Single modality with this dose regimen. Any increase in longevity when aim is palliative is a bonus to primary aims of symptom relief, quality of life, and maintenance of function.

Over the years I have seen three cases of exsanguinating hemoptysis due to BA fistula. Risks include significant hemoptysis and bulky or dorsally located left main tumor. The PA is in contact with the membranous portion of the bronchus. The thought is to minimize rapid tumor regression
