In light of the COVID-19 pandemic, would you consider SBRT for appropriately selected early stage breast cancer patients?
Many hormone positive patients are beginning hormone therapy until they can go to surgery. With a prolonged pause in routine procedures seeming very likely, would the current circumstances provide more reason to consider SBRT followed by hormones?

I agree with @Neil Taunk.I would not favor definitive SBRT, and instead would continue with neoadjuvant endocrine therapy with plan for delayed surgery.
