In what situations should chemotherapy be added to adjuvant radiation therapy in a resected vuvlar SCC?

I agree with Sushil. We usually add chemo for node positive vulvar cancer patients. However, given the relative lack of strong evidence, this must be balanced with potential morbidity particularly for frail elderly patients.
