Is it appropriate to offer low dose radiation for Hidradenitis Suppurativa that have failed conservative interventions?
What dose and field margins would you add? Is a 50% response rate realistic to counsel a patient? What would you quote as a realistic rate for secondary cancers when treating an older patient to 7.5 Gy just to the skin?
