Is it safe to give thoracic irradiation to a patient with lung cancer previously treated with a VEGF inhibitor?
I've read about patients who were treated with concurrent bevacizumab-RT who developed lethal tracheoesophageal fistulas. How long would you have to wait to treat a patient previously treated with bevacizumab?
