Under what circumstance do you offer a definitive approach to local treatment of a patient with oligomestastatic cervical cancer found on initial staging PET/CT?   

For example, assuming an excellent performance status, would you consider local radiation to the primary and metastasis in someone with a single SCV or mediastinal node? Would a single brain or lung metastasis be a deterrent for local pelvic treatment? Would you still consider brachytherapy as part of the treatment?
