What adjuvant therapy would you recommend to elderly patients with pT2N0 ER-/PR-/HER2+ breast cancer?
The APT trial reported excellent DFS, OS and RFI for tumors <=3cm but few were smaller T2s (2-3 cm) and few were >70 years old.

Yes, I agree you are a little outside the data zone here with a T2 tumor.
