What adjuvant treatment would you recommend for stage III colon cancer in a patient >75yo but with a good performance status?
Since some prior subset analyses have suggested that oxaliplatin may not improve outcomes of older patients with colon cancer in the adjuvant setting, how do you approach this decision in older patients who are fit?
