I think most patients do tolerate TTF. I’ve seen patients with concerns of skin irritation, but I think the bigger issue is the inconvenience and aesthetics.

I too have seen the skin reaction but have also seen significant fatigue in a number of patients using TTF. I have seen this primarily with patients attempting to wear the device >80-90% of the time and saw improvement when they reduced back to 75%. Hopefully drugs like armodafinil (Nuvigil) will...
