In general, the patients I consider observation in have low Ki67%<30% which is a cutoff often used to separate patients in terms of prognosis. Most often, these patients have a Ki67% of 10% or less along with a limited disease burden (e.g. no significant adenopathy, peripheral blood involvement)....
