What do you consider as absolute and relative contraindications for the use of romosozumab?  

For example, I would likely avoid it in a patient who had STEMI with stents or CABG, but would be okay to use in someone with mild/moderate coronary artery disease noted by other imaging or cardiac catheterization.  Would you use this is in a person who has a remote history of DVT?
