What dose and fields would you use to treat a low grade CNS lymphoma that presents as an isolated single mass in the brain?  

The patient has a history of a lymphoplasmacytic lymphoma with a CR after chemotherapy but presented with a large frontal lobe mass that was biopsied revealing a low grade lymphoma. Would you treat the tumor only with ISRT concepts or treat the whole brain? Would you recommend chemotherapy or radiation as the first line treatment in this scenario?
