What is an appropriate dose for nodular lymphocyte predominant, stage 1 Hodgkin lymphoma following nodal excision?
In the case of an excised groin node with no residual disease and no chemotherapy in a young adult patient, how large should the fields be? Is it required that the field be larger than involved site since she is not receiving chemotherapy?

We would treat to 30 Gy and treat somewhat more than involved site, as patients receive RT alone.
