What is the optimal approach for high risk prostate cancer patients who have been found to have positive nodes after surgery?  

Immediate/adjuvant with 2y ADT+ARSI, or wait until PSA rise and treat as salvage.  Do recent trials inform us at all about the duration of therapy, is 24 months needed (RADICALS HD), or can a shorter but intense therapy for duration of 6-9 months be considered? (FORMULA 509)
