What is your approach to managing acne induced by psychiatric medications in patients who cannot discontinue the offending medication?  

In patients who are on psychiatric medications known to cause or flare acne (lamotrigine, antipsychotics) and are unable or unwilling to discontinue said agents, what is your approach to managing their acne?
