What is your PTH target for patients with ESKD and brown tumor?

Great question. I would definitely shoot for a lower goal. May be 150-300. I am looking forward to see what our bone experts suggest.

I think it matters at what PTH you are starting at. Clearly, if the patient has a very high PTH, i.e., >1200, it is hard to bring it down to less than 300 without causing an increased risk of low turnover bone. However, I believe we should treat these patients as early as possible and aggressivel...
