I have had excellent results from 1% LCD in 2.5% hydrocortisone cream or 1% LCD in 0.1% TAC.

I like tapinarof a lot for these cases. Once daily anywhere on the body is a great thing to be able to tell a patient who may be used to hearing twice daily and "this one for this area, that one for that area, etc".

I find success with topical tacrolimus or pimecrolimus used daily for maintenance. Have also had patients alternate this with Calcipotriene or ketoconazole cream (in cases with concern for yeast superinfection). Will also have patients use a mid-potency topical steroid once or twice weekly if needed...

There’s a new PDE4 inhibitor marketed for inverse psoriasis that I believe has hit the market already, roflumilast. It’s once a day application.
