Outpatient brachy SCDs only.
If going to be admitted, then SCDs plus 5000 Heparin.
If on direct oral anticoagulation, then hold the DOAC and bridge with Lovenox (give Lovenox and SCDs during procedure).
We also obtain presurgical blood work within 2 days prior to procedure.
