What would be your recommended adjuvant treatment approach for a completely excised lymphoepithelial carcinoma of the right nose recurrent in a left level IB lymph node, status-post excisional biopsy?
Would you recommend additional surgery for the violated neck? Or, would you proceed with adjuvant radiation therapy? If so, would you treat ipsilateral or bilateral lymph nodes? What levels would you include?
