When treating high grade gliomas abutting critical structures, how do you balance tumor dose with critical structure constraints?
Do you prefer to underdose the tumor to meet critical structure constraints such as the optic chiasm? Or to you opt to aggressively treat the tumor and get full coverage regardless of critical strutures?
