When treating NSCLC with SABR, if the preceding lung biopsy resulted in post-biopsy hemorrhage, how would you modify your target volumes, if at all?
How (if at all) would you modify your target volume if the hemorrhage was present on immediate post-biopsy CT, but resorbed by time of CT sim? What about if the hemorrhage was still present at CT sim?
