Which criteria do you follow to recommend low-dose CT screening in patients at high risk for lung cancer?

USPSTF have changed recommendations:-
50-80-20-15
Screening from age 50-80
20 Pack year:- Current Smokers or Left in last 15 Years.
Early Diagnosis:- 81% Men, 96% Women.
