In Addition to Vyepi infusion or other CGRP inhibitors injection, the following are possible:
IV Metoclopromide 10 mg
IV Benadryl 50 mg
IV Depacon 500 mg can be repeated in 1- 2 hours
IV Decadron 10 mg
IV Magnesium Sulfate 1 gram

Intranasal sphenopalatine ganglion blocks are being used as well. My personal preference is to use a suprazygomatic approach as I feel it is more effective and reliable.
