Would you consider PMRT in a patient with N0(i+) luminal A disease?
Does the T stage influence your decision (for example, T1mic)? Would multiple positive nodes showing isolated tumor cells sway your decision? Would a high Oncotype score change you decision?

ITC upfront at this point would not sway decision for PMRT unless it is ITC after neoadjuvant systemic therapy
