Would you ever considering de-escalating therapy in any way for women with inflammatory breast cancer who had a complete pathologic response after surgery?   

Would you ever consider any of the following?

• Discontinue the bolus after brisk reaction
• Moderate hypofractionation to the chest wall instead of conventional fractionation
• High tangents instead of total nodal irradiation
• Any other forms of de-escalation
