Would you offer adjuvant therapy to a patient who underwent bilateral mastectomies for DCIS and was found to have isolated tumor cells on sentinel node biopsy?
She had had 4 prior biopsies. Would the fact that she received 2 months of neoadjuvant tamoxifen due to COVID change your approach?

I would not treat her with anything. ITCs have the same risk as NO. In DCIS, it could be a result of benign transport.
