Would you offer definitive RT to a patient with metastatic cervical adenocarcinoma s/p carbo/taxol/avastin with a partial response in the metastatic sites?

I would not, with persistence metastatic disease in the lung. Palliative RT if needed. 

I agree with both answers above. I too have given NACT for 3-6 cycles and had some patients with complete radiologic response to distant metastasis. These ladies then got definitive chemoradiation.
